Classic Program--Pre Vocational
All programs at Perez are using the district mandated curriculum developed for Alternate Curriculum Programs. The curriculum used is Unique Learning System (ULS), Oxford Picture Dictionary (OPD), and Attainment Health Curriculum. The teachers also use supplemental transition curriculum. All district mandated alternate curriculum is aligned to the Common Core State Standards.
Perez offers the Mobility Opportunities Via Education (MOVE) program for students with more severe physical disabilities who need to improve their functional mobility. The MOVE program utilizes specialized equipment to allow students to be out of their wheelchairs and access their classrooms and school campus more independently.
