Hello,

I have scheduled your requested dates for the MPR at Perez.

As a reminder:

*
The MPR is located on our school campus and upkeep is needed and done by Perez SEC/CTC's wonderful custodial staff. Due to maintenance funding being limited, we will be requesting a funding line for upkeep and maintenance supplies for the MPR's use.
* Maximum MPR Capacity is 125.
* Parking on site for visitors is limited to 40 vehicles, if additional parking is needed, visitors will need to park offsite.
* If special setup is needed please attach a diagram of your needs and we will do our best to accommodate.
* A technology cart that has a projector will be available for use.
* If additional items are needed please make sure to indicate that in the Additional Request Information box.
* Due to District needs, if a meeting needs to be rescheduled we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible and make other arrangements.
